Rev. Jordan Harris
Reverend Jordan Harris (he/him) is the Pastor of Connexion, a United Methodist community focused on social justice and innovative spiritual engagement. As a queer person of color and ordained Elder, Jordan brings diverse perspectives to his ministry. He aims to transform traditional church models into sustainable community centers and sacred event spaces through storytelling and community building. Jordan is a graduate from Boston University School of Theology and is committed to fostering inclusive, action-oriented faith communities.

Rev. Christy Wright
Rev. Christy Wright (she/her) is excited to serve as Connexion's Food Justice Advocate, helping to connect folks with resources to alleviate food insecurity in our community. A Provisional Deacon in the United Methodist Church, Rev. Christy's work extends beyond the local church into the non-profit world as Beneficiary Manager with a large food rescue organization. Her passion for food justice, for the melding of food and spirituality - and for food in general - is her bread and butter. Her enormous collection of cookbooks is proof enough (Rev. Jordan can attest to this). Happy to be serving with you all!

I was born and raised in Los Los Angeles. Now have loved in Mass for 9 years! I've been working at Connexion for 4 years. It has been an amazing adventure. Being a part of community where we crate a safe space that is welcoming to all souls, has restored my own faith and built hope in knowing we can find identity, community and take space @ Connexion. Anita Maldonado
Timly James
Timly James (they/she) serves Connexion as our Sexton and Worship Tech. You will find Timly setting up for worship and assisting with the list of other events that occur in the space. They manage Zoom for worship services as well as the recorded sermons. Timly also serves on the Board of Trustees and as Connexion’s Sexton, where she helps to oversee the building and the many things that take place here. They are blessed to be part of this Reimagined Faith Community that brings many diverse people together to love and worship God.
Emma Goins
Emma Goins (she/they) is a current Master of Divinity student and candidate for ordination in the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church. Originally from outside of Tulsa, Emma spent much of her life in Oklahoma, where she developed a passion for pressing social justice issues like food insecurity, the housing crisis, and LGBTQ+ inclusion and care.
In 2025, Emma graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy from Oklahoma City University. Here, she was a member of World House Scholars, a social and ecological justice program, as well as the President Leadership Class, Honors College, and her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega.
Currently, Emma is attending Boston University School of Theology, where she is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree. Emma is a distinguished United Methodist Church Fellow, a GBHEM Scholar in the United Methodist Church, and was recently awarded the 2026 Edith P. and Augustus G. Hare Preaching Prize. She began work with the Connexion community in early September 2026 and is looking forward to a wonderful year as the Ministerial Intern.
Emma has a heart for children and families, a desire to create a more just and inclusive Church, a love for all things Disney, and a fascination with nature and creation. Ask about Emma's world travels to really get the conversation going!
